Deep down, we all know what we need to do. To say that we don’t feel it isn’t true. We feel it deeply.

And still - most of us never actually do something about it. Life goes on and tries to teach us, but it’s never quite enough to break through. So the lessons accumulate and we stay where we are.

Then, something clicks. A thought arrives with a kind of clarity we hadn't been able to summon on our own. Whatever we needed to hear has finally been said. There's nothing left to learn, nothing left to unpack.
